Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation and optimization of POS Basics and ORPOS systems to enhance retail operations.
  • Oversee the integration of POS systems with existing financial and accounting software to ensure seamless data flow.
  • Provide expert guidance on best practices for POS system usage and maintenance to improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address system issues and enhancements.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of business requirements to tailor POS solutions that meet organizational needs.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for end-users to maximize the effectiveness of POS systems.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations.
  • Create detailed documentation of system configurations processes and procedures for future reference.
  • Support the finance and accounting teams by providing insights and solutions related to POS data.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all POS-related activities.
  • Participate in regular meetings with stakeholders to discuss project progress and gather feedback.
  • Provide post-implementation support to ensure the successful adoption of new systems and processes.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in POS technology to keep the company ahead of the curve.

  • Qualifications

  • Possess a strong understanding of POS Basics and ORPOS systems.
  • Demonstrate experience in integrating POS systems with financial and accounting software.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Show proficiency in conducting business requirement analysis and tailoring solutions accordingly.
  • Have experience in developing and delivering training programs for end-users.
  • Display strong documentation skills for system configurations and processes.
  • Possess knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to POS systems.
  • Show capability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills for interacting with stakeholders.
  • Have a proactive approach to staying updated with the latest POS technology trends.
  • Exhibit the ability to provide post-implementation support and ensure successful system adoption.
  • Show experience in monitoring system performance and minimizing downtime.
  • Possess a background in Finance & Accounting as a nice to have skill.
