Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Sr. Software Engineer B2 with 17 to 19 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in React JS and will work in a hybrid model with day shifts. This role does not require travel. The candidate will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining high-quality software solutions that align with our companys goals and objectives.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using React JS to meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features.
  • Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications.
  • Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs to improve application performance.
  • Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure adherence to best practices.
  • Mentor and guide junior developers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Participate in the entire software development lifecycle from concept and design to testing and deployment.
  • Work closely with product managers and designers to understand user needs and translate them into technical requirements.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge.
  • Provide technical expertise and support to other team members as needed.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and methodologies.
  • Ensure that all software solutions are secure scalable and maintainable.
  • Collaborate with DevOps teams to ensure smooth deployment and operation of applications.

  • Qualifications

  • Possess extensive experience in React JS and front-end development.
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Show proficiency in modern software development practices and tools.
  • Have a deep understanding of software architecture and design principles.
  • Display a strong commitment to quality and attention to detail.
  • Hold a bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
  • Have experience working in a hybrid work model and adapting to changing environments.
  • Demonstrate the ability to mentor and guide junior developers effectively.
  • Show a proactive approach to learning and staying updated with new technologies.
  • Possess experience with agile development methodologies.
  • Exhibit strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Have a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions on time.

  • Certifications Required

    Certified React Developer AWS Certified Solutions Architect or equivalent.
