Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Infra. Technology Specialist with 5 to 9 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in NoSQL/MongoDB Admin Ansible Oracle and Linux. This role offers a hybrid work model and operates during day shifts. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our infrastructure to support our business objectives.


Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain NoSQL/MongoDB databases to ensure high availability and performance.
  • Oversee the installation configuration and administration of Oracle databases.
  • Provide support and troubleshooting for Linux-based systems to ensure smooth operations.
  • Implement and manage automation scripts using Ansible to streamline infrastructure processes.
  • Monitor system performance and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Ensure data security and integrity through regular backups and recovery procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support application development and deployment.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations procedures and processes.
  • Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members.
  • Participate in capacity planning and performance tuning activities.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the infrastructure remains current.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of infrastructure management practices.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess strong experience in NoSQL/MongoDB administration.
  • Have extensive knowledge of Oracle database management.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Linux system administration.
  • Show expertise in using Ansible for automation.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Have strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Be detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
  • Display a proactive approach to learning and implementing new technologies.
  • Hold a relevant certification in database management or system administration.
  • Have a proven track record of managing and optimizing complex infrastructures.
  • Be capable of working independently and as part of a team.
  • Show commitment to maintaining high standards of data security and integrity.
  • Demonstrate the ability to document and communicate technical information effectively.

    Certified MongoDB Administrator Oracle Certified Professional Red Hat Certified System Administrator
