Job Summary
We are seeking a Lead Quality Engineer with 9 to 11 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in Java and Selenium along with domain expertise in Analytics. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects ensuring the highest quality standards are met. The position operates during day shifts and does not require travel.
Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of comprehensive test plans and test cases to ensure product quality.Oversee the automation of test scripts using Java and Selenium to enhance testing efficiency.Provide expertise in Analytics to validate data accuracy and integrity in testing processes.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues promptly.Ensure adherence to best practices in software testing and quality assurance.Conduct regular code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.Develop and maintain testing documentation including test plans test cases and test scripts.Monitor and report on test progress defects and overall quality metrics.Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing processes and methodologies.Mentor and guide junior quality engineers to foster a culture of quality and excellence.Coordinate with stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.Utilize analytics tools to derive insights and drive data-driven decision-making in quality assurance.Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements in all testing activities.
Qualifications
Possess strong technical skills in Java and Selenium with hands-on experience in test automation.Demonstrate expertise in Analytics with the ability to validate data accuracy and integrity.Have a minimum of 9 years and a maximum of 11 years of experience in quality engineering.Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve quality issues.Show proficiency in developing and executing comprehensive test plans and test cases.Display strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Maintain a proactive approach to continuous improvement and process optimization.Possess the ability to mentor and guide junior team members in quality engineering best practices.Demonstrate a thorough understanding of industry standards and regulatory requirements.Exhibit strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.Show a commitment to delivering high-quality products that meet or exceed customer expectations.Have experience in monitoring and reporting on test progress and quality metrics.Display a strong attention to detail to ensure thorough testing and accurate results.
