Data Analytics/Data Analyst Consultant:
- Ability to clearly identify and communicate potential data and analytics problems with business stakeholders and end users
- Translate business problems into analytical solutions leveraging Data management / Business Intelligence / Analytics techniques
- Anticipate, identify, structure, and suggest functional solutions for data and analytical problems
- Identify and provide suggestions in extracting, integrating, and analysing data
- Analyze large datasets using SQL and/or Visualization tools
- Conduct quantitative analysis and interpret results
- Identify and design key performance metrics and indicators
- Partner with user communities and SMEs to create data and analytics requirements
- Partner with Data/BI/Analytics Architects to provide inputs to model data and analytics
- Ability to lead high-performance teams of architects and developers to deliver high-quality insights
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
- Master’s in Management degree preferred. 5 - 15 years of relevant IT experience is desired
- Demonstrated experience in data strategy, data governance, data architecture, MDM, data quality, data lakes, or data modernization is preferred
- Experience with dimensional modeling, knowledge in data management, ETL, or BI/Visualization tools is good to have
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure, AWS is a plus
- Familiarity with programming languages like Python, Scala, or Java is a plus
- Industry knowledge of BI & Analytics landscape and tools supporting descriptive to prescriptive analytics
- Being versed with Agile methodologies and having some prior experience working with them
- Ability to work in global, cross-functional, and virtual teams
