Job summary

We are seeking a skilled Program Manager with 5 to 9 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Azure DevOps Azure Microservices .Net Core and .NET. This role involves managing and overseeing various projects ensuring they align with company goals and deliver value to our clients. The position is hybrid with no travel required and operates during day shifts.


Responsibilities

  • Oversee the planning execution and delivery of multiple projects within the organization.
  • Ensure all projects are completed on time within scope and within budget.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress.
  • Manage changes to the project scope project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
  • Report and escalate to management as needed.
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation.
  • Provide direction and support to project team members.
  • Utilize Azure DevOps for project tracking and management.
  • Implement and manage continuous delivery pipelines using Azure.
  • Develop and maintain microservices architecture.
  • Oversee the development and deployment of .Net Core and .NET applications.
  • Ensure projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status and progress.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among project team members.
  • Drive the adoption of best practices and innovative solutions.
  • Ensure that all projects align with the companys strategic objectives and contribute to its success.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess strong experience in Azure DevOps Azure Microservices .Net Core and .NET.
  • Demonstrate excellent project management skills with a proven track record.
  • Have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Show proficiency in risk management and mitigation.
  • Display the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Have a strong understanding of project management methodologies.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work in a hybrid work model.
  • Show commitment to continuous improvement and learning.
  • Possess a bachelors degree in a relevant field.
  • Hold relevant certifications in project management and technical skills.
  • Exhibit strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
