Job Summary
We are seeking a Principal Infra Developer with 12 to 16 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in GITHUB and domain experience in Medicare & Medicaid Claims Claims and Payer. This hybrid role requires a deep understanding of infrastructure development and will contribute significantly to our projects. The shift is day and no travel is required.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and maintenance of infrastructure solutions to support our healthcare projects.
- Oversee the integration of GITHUB into our development processes to ensure efficient version control and collaboration.
- Provide technical expertise in Medicare & Medicaid Claims Claims and Payer to ensure compliance and accuracy in our systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable infrastructure solutions.
- Ensure the reliability and performance of our infrastructure by conducting regular assessments and optimizations.
- Develop and enforce best practices for infrastructure development and deployment.
- Mentor and guide junior developers to enhance their technical skills and knowledge.
- Monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure issues to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our infrastructure by staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
- Work closely with project managers to ensure timely delivery of infrastructure components.
- Document infrastructure designs processes and procedures for future reference and training.
- Participate in code reviews to maintain high standards of code quality and security.
- Ensure that all infrastructure solutions align with the companys goals and objectives.
Qualifications
- Must have extensive experience with GITHUB for version control and collaboration.
- Should possess deep knowledge of Medicare & Medicaid Claims Claims and Payer domains.
- Must have a strong background in infrastructure development and maintenance.
- Should have excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Must be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
- Should have strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Must be able to mentor and guide junior developers.
- Should be proactive in staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
- Must have experience in conducting code reviews and ensuring code quality.
- Should be able to document processes and procedures clearly.
- Must be able to work closely with project managers to meet deadlines.
- Should have a strong understanding of best practices for infrastructure development.
