Your Role

We are looking for a highly skilled professional with expertise in the Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Copilot Studio and will guide the team in leveraging its full capabilities. They should be adept at developing innovative virtual assistants for both voice and text interactions and possess a solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines for Power Platform solution deployments. Additionally, knowledge of generative AI technologies is essential.

Responsibilities

• Expertise in Power Platform ( Power Apps, Power Automate, etc.)
• Hands-On experience with Co-pilot studio
• Guide the team in leveraging the full capabilities of the Copilot Studio platform.
• Able to Develop innovative virtual assistants for both voice and text interactions.
• Able to understand CI/CD pipelines for Power Platform solution deployments.
• Knowledge on Generative AI technologies.

What You Will Bring To The Team

Bachelor’s degree preferably in Information Technology,
Engineering, or the Sciences Professional Certification CPDE (Required or equivalent) ITIL
v3 or 4 (Required) Six Sigma (Desirable) Agile (Desirable) Prosci (Desirable) TOGAF
(Desirable) Should have their SN Certifications: CSA Business Process for Implementation
4+ years’ experience process development, management, and improvement 2+ years’ experience in ServiceNow
