Job Summary

We are seeking a Process Specialist - L&P with 4 to 8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in MS Office and domain experience in Annuities New Business Annuities Claim Management Annuities Agency Management Agency Management and Life and Annuities Insurance. This is a hybrid role with day shifts and no travel required.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation of process improvements in Annuities New Business to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Oversee the management of Annuities Claims to ensure timely and accurate processing.
  • Provide expertise in Annuities Agency Management to streamline operations and improve agent satisfaction.
  • Manage Agency Management processes to support the growth and development of the agency network.
  • Utilize MS Office tools to create reports analyze data and present findings to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of processes.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies in all processes.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for processes and procedures to ensure consistency and clarity.
  • Train and mentor team members on best practices and process improvements.
  • Monitor process performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to standards.
  • Support the development and implementation of new processes and systems.
  • Provide regular updates to management on process performance and improvement initiatives.

  • Qualifications

  • Must have strong proficiency in MS Office for data analysis and reporting.
  • Must have domain experience in Annuities New Business Annuities Claim Management Annuities Agency Management Agency Management and Life and Annuities Insurance.
  • Nice to have experience in process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
  • Must have excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Must have strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Nice to have experience in training and mentoring team members.
  • Must have the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Must have attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Must have the ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Nice to have experience with process documentation and compliance.
  • Must have the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Must have strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Certifications Required

    Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent certification preferred.
