Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 3 to 5 years of experience in NetApp Storage Administration. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the storage infrastructure ensuring optimal performance and providing technical guidance to the team. This hybrid role requires rotational shifts and offers an opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology in a dynamic environment.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the administration and management of NetApp storage systems to ensure high availability and performance.
  • Oversee the implementation of storage solutions including configuration provisioning and maintenance.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for storage-related issues ensuring timely resolution.
  • Monitor storage performance and capacity making recommendations for improvements and upgrades.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement storage solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for storage infrastructure including procedures policies and best practices.
  • Ensure data protection and disaster recovery processes are in place and regularly tested.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments of storage systems to ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards.
  • Provide training and guidance to team members on storage administration best practices.
  • Participate in on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support for storage infrastructure.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in storage administration to drive continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to the development of storage strategies and roadmaps to support business growth.
  • Work closely with vendors and partners to manage storage hardware and software lifecycle.

  • Qualifications

  • Possess a strong background in NetApp Storage Administration with hands-on experience in configuration and management.
  • Demonstrate expertise in troubleshooting and resolving storage-related issues efficiently.
  • Have a solid understanding of storage performance monitoring and capacity planning.
  • Show proficiency in developing and maintaining storage documentation and best practices.
  • Exhibit knowledge of data protection and disaster recovery processes.
  • Display the ability to conduct audits and ensure compliance with security standards.
  • Have experience in providing training and guidance to team members.
  • Be capable of participating in on-call rotation for 24/7 support.
  • Stay informed about the latest storage technologies and trends.
  • Have excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
  • Hold relevant certifications in NetApp Storage Administration or related fields.
