We are currently looking for an IBM TM1 Analyst to join our growing team.
What you´ll do
We are seeking a highly skilled TM1 Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IBM TM1 Planning Analytics, with a specific focus on supporting financial analysts and managers. As a TM1 Business Analyst, they will be responsible for supporting multiple workstreams and demonstrating autonomy in their work. They will represent the FP&A IT Support team in various forums within IT and the finance user community, as well as guide IT support analysts in executing various tasks. Familiarity with IT processes and methodologies is essential, as is experience in managing both daily and recurring operational application support activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize deep knowledge of TM1 administration processes to manage day-to-day operation of global financial planning models.
- Collaborate with multiple Business teams to ensure the FP&A models are continuously available.
- Collaborate with external IT teams to ensure new policy requirements are understood and accurately implemented within the TM1 domain.
- Take ownership of the quality of the requirements developed.
- Conduct UAT process planning, facilitation, and direction.
- Manage global disaster recovery (DR) process planning, facilitation, execution, and sign-off.
- Communicate effectively with business subject matter experts to gather and understand requirements.
- Manage SDLC procedure when promoting code and model changes.
- Manage multiple workstreams simultaneously, demonstrating a high level of autonomy and limited handholding.
Technical Expertise
- IBM TM1 Administration
- Managing user security.
- Troubleshooting TM1 internal and OS-level errors.
- Running and fixing TM1 TI processes.
- Identifying financial data problems in TM1 cubes and dimensions.
- Horizon VMWare VDI or other virtual application hosting application.
- Excel add-ins.
- Active Directory LDAP and groups.
- Firewalls (preferable Illumio) and server port management and troubleshooting.
- Cognos 11 PowerPlay cubes and Framework Manager.
- Service Now standard change ticket implementation.
- CyberArk service account management and mappings.
- Aveksa SOX survey management.
