Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Lead with a strong background in Sharepoint Online to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 6 to 9 years of experience and a good understanding of Finance & Accounting domains. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work both remotely and on-site with no travel required.


Responsibilities

  • Proficiency in JavaScript TypeScript React HTML/CSS
  • Experience with SPFx development and responsive web design
  • Understanding of SharePoint Online architecture
  • Experience with REST APIs and version control (Git)
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Hands-on experience with Azure services and Azure AI
  • Semantic web technologies expertise
  • Knowledge of accessibility and UX best practices
  • Lead the development and implementation of Sharepoint Online solutions to meet business requirements
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the team ensuring timely delivery of projects
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members fostering a collaborative work environment
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements translating them into technical specifications
  • Ensure the security and integrity of Sharepoint Online data and applications
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise implementing effective solutions
  • Develop and maintain documentation for Sharepoint Online configurations processes and procedures
  • Conduct regular code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Sharepoint Online features and updates incorporating them into the teams workflow
  • Facilitate training sessions for team members and end-users to enhance their Sharepoint Online skills
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of Sharepoint Online with existing systems
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize Sharepoint Online performance and user experience
  • Report on project progress and team performance to senior management providing insights and recommendations

  • Qualifications

  • Possess a strong technical background in Sharepoint Online with at least 6 years of hands-on experience
  • Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues
  • Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
  • Have a good understanding of Finance & Accounting domains applying this knowledge to relevant projects
  • Show proficiency in project management and the ability to lead a team towards successful project completion
  • Display a commitment to continuous learning and staying current with industry trends and best practices
  • Possess a strong attention to detail and the ability to produce high-quality work consistently
  • Demonstrate the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Exhibit a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential challenges
  • Have experience in conducting training sessions and knowledge sharing
  • Show a strong commitment to maintaining data security and integrity
  • Demonstrate the ability to develop and maintain comprehensive documentation
  • Possess excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Certified SharePoint Professional Microsoft Certified: SharePoint Associate
