Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Process Executive - IME with 1 to 4 years of experience in Marketing Operations. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Internet Media Monitoring and Internet Media - Display & Video. This hybrid role requires proficiency in English and offers a day shift schedule. The candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing our media operations and ensuring high-quality deliverables.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the execution of marketing operations to ensure seamless workflow and high-quality output.
  • Oversee the monitoring of internet media to track and analyze performance metrics.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on media monitoring data to optimize campaigns.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery of media content.
  • Manage display and video media operations to enhance audience engagement and reach.
  • Implement best practices in internet media monitoring to maintain competitive advantage.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for media processes and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all media operations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their requirements and deliver tailored media solutions.
  • Utilize analytical tools to measure the effectiveness of media campaigns and report findings.
  • Support the continuous improvement of media operations through feedback and innovation.
  • Train and mentor junior team members to build a strong and knowledgeable media team.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies in media.

  • Possess strong experience in marketing operations with a focus on internet media monitoring.
  • Demonstrate expertise in internet media
  • display and video to drive impactful campaigns.
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills in English both written and spoken.
  • Show proficiency in using analytical tools to measure and report media performance.
  • Have a good understanding of media domain to provide valuable insights and recommendations.
  • Display strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Be adaptable to a hybrid work model and collaborate effectively with remote teams.
