Job Summary

The Project Manager will play a pivotal role in supporting Secretaries/Ministries of Education in Brazil as they implement our technology solutions to achieve their educational goals. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders managing project timelines and deliverables and ensuring successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Stakeholder Management: Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with Secretaries/Ministries of Education their teams and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Project Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans define milestones and manage resources to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
  • Assessment: Collaborate with customers to understand their specific needs and goals and tailor technology solutions accordingly.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and ongoing support to Secretaries of Education and their staff on the effective use of our technology.
  • Progress Tracking and Reporting: Monitor project progress identify and address potential risks and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Outcome Evaluation: Assess the impact of technology implementations on educational outcomes and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications

  • Project Management Experience: Proven experience in managing complex projects preferably in the education or technology sector.
  • Relationship Building Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Education Technology Expertise: Deep understanding of education technology and its potential to transform teaching and learning.
  • Languages: Fluency in Spanish and English is essential.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and address challenges proactively.
