IPA Advisory Analyst

Our Intelligent Automation Advisory team is seeking a team member with an understanding of Intelligent Process Automation and a passion for enabling business users to be successful with technology. You will work alongside a team, helping our clients to develop their automation and AI strategies, build capabilities, and ensure effective risk management and governance. You will support the implementation of best-practices and leverage organizational change approaches to drive adoption across business functions.

What you will do:

  • Collaborate: Work with account leads to support clients’ automation programs and empower employees through citizen development. Enhance creativity and innovation by supporting workshops and incorporating diverse perspectives.
  • Scale Programs: Assist clients in scaling technology initiatives across the enterprise by driving operational improvements and managing projects with proper documentation, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
  • Operationalize: Support the client journey in operationalizing automation and citizen development, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
  • Best Practices: Support and research the creation of automation and GenAI best practices and disseminate in a structured, repeatable way. This includes ideation, managing opportunities, delivering solutions, and ensuring practices address responsible AI, bias mitigation, and ethical decision-making.
  • Thought Leadership: Stay abreast of market and technology trends to support clients in taking advantage of the latest thought leadership.

What you will bring:

  • Intelligent Automation Experience: Experience with Intelligent Automation vendors, tools, and their application in business processes. Proficiency in ML, AI, and Gen AI is a plus.
  • Citizen Development Experience: Experience facilitating the use of technology by business and non-technical users.
  • Organizational Change Management: Ability to help define personas on a project, and tailor a journey for them. Creativity in engaging with people at all levels to enable adoption across an enterprise.
  • Collaboration: Team player who can work across all levels to deliver outcomes. Strong program and project management skills to ensure accountability.
  • Critical Thinking: Ability to break down ambiguous, high-level goals into executable steps. Develop collaborative relationships with clients and across teams to ensure alignment of goals, an inclusive working environment, and a solution mindset. Provide creative solutions to challenges.
  • Transform Strategy to Action: Results-oriented mindset focused on creating results. Takes a hands-on approach to drive results.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to flex messaging depending upon stakeholder. This includes creating documentation and general enterprise messaging through multiple channels and formats.
  • Travel: Ability to travel to client sites as needed.
