Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 7 to 8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Alteryx Salesforce Data Migration and Data Migration. Experience in Research and Development Sales & Marketing domains is a plus. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can drive technical projects and ensure successful data migration processes.
Responsibilities
Lead the technical aspects of data migration projects ensuring seamless integration and data accuracy.
Oversee the use of Alteryx for data preparation blending and analysis to support business needs.
Provide expertise in Salesforce Data Migration ensuring data integrity and consistency throughout the process.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and develop migration strategies.
Develop and maintain data migration scripts and tools to automate processes and improve efficiency.
Ensure compliance with data governance policies and best practices during migration activities.
Monitor and troubleshoot data migration issues providing timely resolutions to minimize disruptions.
Conduct thorough testing and validation of migrated data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Document data migration processes methodologies and best practices for future reference.
Train and mentor junior team members on data migration techniques and tools.
Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide regular project updates.
Utilize domain knowledge in Research and Development Sales & Marketing to enhance data migration strategies.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to optimize data migration processes.
Qualifications
Possess strong technical skills in Alteryx Salesforce Data Migration and Data Migration.
Demonstrate experience in Research and Development Sales & Marketing domains is a plus.
Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Show proficiency in developing and maintaining data migration scripts and tools.
Have the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Display strong communication and documentation skills.
Be proactive in identifying and resolving data migration issues.
Demonstrate the ability to train and mentor junior team members.
Have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
