Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Infra. Technology Specialist with 7 to 11 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Cisco Meraki SDWAN and AWS. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can manage day-to-day operations and contribute to the companys technological advancements. The position does not require travel.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Cisco Meraki SDWAN infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Oversee the deployment and configuration of AWS services to support business operations.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for network and cloud-related issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable network solutions.
- Monitor network performance and security implementing necessary updates and patches.
- Develop and maintain documentation for network configurations processes and procedures.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
- Implement automation tools and scripts to streamline network management tasks.
- Assist in the planning and execution of network upgrades and migrations.
- Provide training and guidance to junior team members on network and cloud technologies.
- Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing to ensure business continuity.
- Evaluate new technologies and tools to enhance network performance and security.
- Work closely with vendors and service providers to resolve technical issues and optimize service delivery.
Qualifications
- Possess strong expertise in Cisco Meraki SDWAN and AWS.
- Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Exhibit strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Show proficiency in network security best practices.
- Have experience with network automation tools and scripting languages.
- Display a solid understanding of cloud infrastructure and services.
