About the role
We are seeking a Sr. Developer with 6 to 9 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SQL Server Python & hive spark MS SQL Server . Experience in the Analytics domain is a plus. This is a hybrid work model with day shifts and no travel required. Proficiency in English (Read/Write Speak) is essential.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using SQL Server Python & hive spark.
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
- Design and deploy infrastructure as code using MS SQL Server .
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features.
- Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications.
- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
- Help maintain code quality organization and automation.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Work closely with product managers to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain current and effective.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process.
- Ensure compliance with security and data protection standards.
Requirements:
- Must have strong experience in Python3 development.
- Must have hands-on experience with Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipeline management.
- Must have experience with Terraform for infrastructure as code.
- Nice to have experience in the Analytics domain.
- Must be proficient in English (Read/Write Speak).
- Should have excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Should have the ability to work in a hybrid work model.
- Should have strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Should have the ability to mentor and guide junior developers.
- Should have a proactive approach to learning and staying updated with new technologies.
- Should have a strong understanding of software development lifecycle and best practices.
- Should have a commitment to delivering high-quality software solutions.
- Should have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
