Job Summary

Responsible for evaluating the accuracy of data and using judgment to make decisions on

data quality. The role holder will be required to make outbound phone calls to business

representatives to verify information. This role is in a fast-paced working environment where

processes are subject to change on a weekly basis the candidate will need to be flexible and capable of adjusting to new instructions regularly

Basic computer operating skills are required.

Eligibility Criteria Minimum qualification Graduate in any discipline Minimum 1 to 1.5 years tenure with Sustain process 2 to 3 Years of work experience of Process Executive Should be strong with Sustain policies Altas tool. Should be good at verbal and written communication Should have a knowledge of Supermario and debugging Mandate to work 24 7 including night shift and public holidays Perform daily operational tasks with efficiency.

Responsibilities. Escalations Handling Perform day to day tasks and responsible for handling high profile sensitive internal escalations regarding Geo data that comes to the projects queue. Ensure defined SLAs are met at all times Candidates should be able to complete semitechnical investigations and master a variety of internal debugging tools. Perform internal Debugging and investigate the escalation Root Cause and follow up with corrective actions. Ad-hoc tasks special project Triage Specialists also handle special projects that require deep and careful analysis. Job Description. This role requires mandatory shifts that includes 24 7 support including Public Holidays and night shifts Process and raise required requests transactions and make sound decisions related to customer requirements. Follow all compliance and security measures for client data. Act on process transactions and handle the same with proper research. Adhere to process quality metrics and strive to exceed the monthly annual quality and productivity targets process norms and structure. Perform day to day tasks and be responsible for handling high profile sensitive internal escalations while meeting defined SLAs at all times. Candidates should be able to complete semitechnical investigations and master various internal debugging tools. The role requires sound judgment as you apply various policies to complex edge cases as well as excellent communication skills over the phone in person or email to everyone from internal to external
