Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 10 to 12 years of experience in Python Machine Learning Azure Machine Learning KubeFlow MLFlow and Generative AI. The ideal candidate will work from our office during day shifts and will not require travel. This role involves leading technical projects mentoring team members and ensuring the successful implementation of AI solutions.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and deployment of machine learning models using Python and Azure Machine Learning.
  • Oversee the implementation of KubeFlow and MLFlow for efficient model management and deployment.
  • Provide technical guidance on the use of Generative AI to solve complex business problems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables.
  • Ensure the scalability and performance of machine learning solutions.
  • Mentor junior team members and provide training on best practices in machine learning and AI.
  • Conduct code reviews to maintain high standards of code quality and performance.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for machine learning models and processes.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies.
  • Participate in technical discussions and provide insights to improve project outcomes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to machine learning models and infrastructure.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the teams development processes and methodologies.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations in all AI projects.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess strong proficiency in Python programming language.
  • Have extensive experience with Azure Machine Learning for model development and deployment.
  • Demonstrate expertise in using KubeFlow and MLFlow for model management.
  • Show proficiency in applying Generative AI techniques to real-world problems.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Have strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
  • Hold a relevant certification in machine learning or AI such as Azure AI Engineer Associate.

    Azure AI Engineer Associate or equivalent certification in machine learning or AI.
