Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Developer with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in AWS SQL Spring Boot Java Spring MVC JavaScript Kafka Cloud and MySQL. Experience in the Commercial Lending domain is mandatory. This is a hybrid work model with day shifts and no travel required.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using Java Spring Boot and Spring MVC.
  • Design and implement scalable and secure applications on AWS.
  • Write efficient SQL queries and manage MySQL databases.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
  • Ensure code quality through code reviews and automated testing.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and production issues.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
  • Participate in agile development processes and contribute to sprint planning.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for reference and reporting.
  • Optimize application performance and ensure high availability.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver solutions.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and practices.

  • Possess strong expertise in AWS SQL Spring Boot Java Spring MVC JavaScript and MySQL.
  • Have a solid understanding of the Commercial Lending domain.
  • Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Exhibit strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Show a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies.
  • Hold a Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Have experience with agile development methodologies.
  • Display a commitment to delivering high-quality software solutions.
  • Possess the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
  • Demonstrate a strong attention to detail and a focus on delivering results.
  • Show the ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
  • Exhibit a strong understanding of software development best practices.
  • Have a proven track record of successfully delivering complex software projects.
