Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Developer with 6 to 10 years of experience in SAP S/4HANA Administration and SAP HANA Basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a passion for innovation. Experience in Structural Biology & Modelling is a plus. This is a hybrid work model with day shifts and no travel required.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the administration and maintenance of SAP S/4HANA systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  • Oversee the installation configuration and upgrading of SAP HANA databases.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SAP S/4HANA and SAP HANA Basis issues.
  • Implement and manage backup and recovery strategies for SAP systems.
  • Monitor system performance and perform regular health checks to identify and resolve potential issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP systems with other enterprise applications.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation related to SAP S/4HANA and SAP HANA Basis.
  • Ensure compliance with security policies and procedures for SAP systems.
  • Participate in the planning and execution of SAP system upgrades and migrations.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members on SAP-related tasks.
  • Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of SAP-related projects to support business objectives.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand and address their technical requirements.

  • Qualifications

  • Possess strong experience in SAP S/4HANA Administration and SAP HANA Basis.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving SAP system issues.
  • Have a solid understanding of backup and recovery strategies for SAP systems.
  • Show expertise in monitoring and optimizing system performance.
  • Exhibit knowledge of security policies and procedures for SAP systems.
  • Display excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience in Structural Biology & Modelling is a plus.
  • Ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
  • Stay current with the latest SAP technologies and best practices.
  • Proven track record of successful SAP system upgrades and migrations.
  • Strong technical documentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
