SAP FICO Pleno Analyst
Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Analyst with experience in SAP FICO to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and the ability to work in a hybrid model. Experience in Research and Development Manufacturing and Supply Chain is a plus. This role does not require travel and operates during day shifts.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret financial data using SAP FICO to support business decisions.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on financial analysis to improve business performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance against key performance indicators.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy in financial reporting systems.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports for management review.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Conduct variance analysis to identify trends and deviations from financial plans.
- Provide training and support to end-users on SAP FICO functionalities and best practices.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in SAP FICO and financial regulations.
- Participate in special projects and initiatives as required to support business objectives.
Qualifications
- Possess a strong technical background in SAP FICO with 3 to 7 years of experience.
- Demonstrate expertise in financial analysis budgeting and forecasting.
- Have experience in Research and Development Manufacturing and Supply Chain domains.
- Show proficiency in financial reporting and compliance.
- Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Display excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
- Be adaptable to a hybrid work model and day shift schedule.
- Show initiative in identifying and implementing process improvements.
- Be capable of working independently and as part of a team.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices.
- Provide training and support to colleagues as needed.
