Job Summary

We are seeking a Systems Engineer with 1 to 5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in ASM and a strong understanding of Billing and Revenue Management. This role requires working from the office during day shifts. No travel is required.


Responsibilities

  • Design and implement system solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Monitor and maintain system performance to ensure optimal functionality.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to end-users.
  • Develop and maintain system documentation and procedures.
  • Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Implement security measures to protect system data and integrity.
  • Optimize system performance through regular updates and maintenance.
  • Participate in system testing and validation processes.
  • Assist in the development of system-related training materials.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the team.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess a strong technical background in ASM.
  • Have experience in Billing and Revenue Management is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Show proficiency in system design and implementation.
  • Exhibit strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Display a keen attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Maintain a proactive approach to system maintenance and support.
  • Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Show a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Possess a strong understanding of system security principles.
  • Have experience with system documentation and procedural development.
  • Exhibit a commitment to continuous professional development.

    • Certifications Required

    Certified Systems Engineer Professional (CSEP) or equivalent certification is preferred.
