Data Entry Executive - Accounts Payable
Cognizant is looking for a Data Entry Processor to join our team and partner with a company in the Life Science industry. In this role, you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining accurate and meticulously organized data records.
This is an excellent entry level position for anyone looking to begin their career! You will be working in the document center digitalizing documents, sorting emails, and preparing documents to be scanned.
Location:
Onsite position in the College Station area
Responsibilities
- Input, verify, and handle data records with precision and efficiency
- Conduct routine data quality audits to identify and resolve inaccuracies
- Collaborate seamlessly with multi-functional teams to facilitate smooth data flow
- Keep databases updated and ensure data remains accessible for authorized personnel
- Build informative reports and summaries, presenting data-driven insights
- Suggest process improvements to optimize data accuracy and workflow efficiency
Required
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- At least 6 months of experience in a customer service role
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 40 lbs regularly/occasionally
- Must be able to occasionally ascend/descend stairs to transport documents
- Proficiency in data entry software, spreadsheets, and database management
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
Compensation:
$13.00 hourly rate. Depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
