Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Software Engineer B2 with 6 to 10 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Core Java Spring Boot Rest API . Experience in Property & Casualty Insurance is a plus. This is a hybrid role with day shifts and no travel required.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using AWS SQL Spring Boot Angular JS Java Javascript and mySQL.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features.
  • Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications.
  • Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
  • Help maintain code quality organization and automation.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Work closely with product management to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth deployment processes.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain current and competitive.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and practices.
  • Ensure all solutions are scalable secure and maintainable.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide regular updates on project progress.

  • Qualifications

  • Must have strong experience in Core Java Spring Boot Rest API.
  • Should have a solid understanding of software development principles and methodologies.
  • Must possess excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Should have experience with version control systems such as Git.
  • Nice to have experience in the Property & Casualty Insurance domain.
  • Should have strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Must be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
  • Should be self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Must have a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions.
  • Should have experience with Agile development methodologies.
  • Must be able to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
  • Should have a passion for technology and continuous learning.
  • Must be able to work in day shifts with no travel required.
