Job Summary
Core Responsibilities
- Project Management: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of ServiceNow projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of ServiceNow developers, business analysts, and other project resources.
- Process Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of ServiceNow solutions.
- Change Management: Facilitate change management activities to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and technologies.
- Compliance and Standards: Ensure that all ServiceNow implementations adhere to industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
- Reporting and Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation and provide regular updates to senior management and other stakeholders.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on project success.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing ServiceNow implementations or similar IT service management projects. Experience in a leadership role is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow platform, including ServiceNow modules, scripting, and integration capabilities.
- Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications are highly desirable.
- Project Management: Strong project management skills, with experience using methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or ITIL.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
- Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
