Responsibilities

· Lead the implementation of security measures to protect the organizations data and systems.

· Oversee the development and maintenance of security policies and procedures.

· Provide expert guidance on cyber security best practices and risk management.

· Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security compliance.

· Manage and monitor security incidents and respond promptly to mitigate risks.

· Develop and deliver security awareness training programs for employees.

· Ensure the secure configuration and management of cloud-based services.

· Implement and maintain EBS-GRC frameworks to manage governance risk and compliance.

· Coordinate with project teams to integrate security requirements into project plans.

· Oversee the delivery of security projects within scope time and budget constraints.

· Provide technical support and guidance for security-related issues.

· Stay updated with the latest cyber security trends and technologies.

Qualifications

· Must have strong technical knowledge in cyber security, project management and delivery management.

· Nice to have certifications in relevant security domains.

· Must have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

· Must have experience in developing and implementing security policies, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

· Experience in conducting security assessments and audits.

· Must be proficient in English (Read/Write Speak).
