Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Infra Ops Specialist with 12 to 16 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in One Drive for Business and will work in a hybrid model with day shifts. This role does not require travel. The candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our infrastructure operations to ensure seamless business continuity.


Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize infrastructure operations to ensure seamless business continuity.
  • Oversee the implementation and maintenance of One Drive for Business solutions.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for One Drive for Business issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure infrastructure aligns with business needs.
  • Monitor system performance and implement necessary upgrades and patches.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for infrastructure processes and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with security policies and regulations.
  • Conduct regular system audits and generate reports for management.
  • Lead initiatives to improve infrastructure efficiency and reduce downtime.
  • Train and mentor junior team members on best practices and new technologies.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for infrastructure-related services.
  • Participate in disaster recovery planning and execution.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the infrastructure remains current.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess extensive experience in managing One Drive for Business solutions.
  • Demonstrate strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Show proficiency in system monitoring and performance optimization.
  • Have a solid understanding of security policies and compliance requirements.
  • Display experience in conducting system audits and generating reports.
  • Hold a track record of leading initiatives to improve infrastructure efficiency.
  • Possess the ability to train and mentor junior team members.
  • Demonstrate experience in coordinating with vendors and service providers.
  • Exhibit knowledge of disaster recovery planning and execution.
  • Stay informed about the latest industry trends and technologies.
  • Have a strong background in developing and maintaining documentation.
  • Show a commitment to ensuring seamless business continuity.
