Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Engagement Delivery Partner with 10 to 14 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in Project Scope Management Project Budgeting and Enterprise Architecture. Experience in Life and Annuities Insurance is a plus. This hybrid role requires a proactive approach to managing projects and delivering exceptional results.
Responsibilities
Lead the planning and implementation of project scope management to ensure all project objectives are met within the defined parameters.Oversee project budgeting processes ensuring accurate and efficient allocation of resources to meet project goals.Provide expertise in enterprise architecture to align IT strategy with business objectives and drive technological advancements.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.Monitor project progress and performance identifying and mitigating risks to ensure successful outcomes.Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation including plans reports and status updates.Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders ensuring all parties are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.Implement best practices and methodologies to enhance project management processes and improve overall efficiency.Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements in all project activities.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize project delivery and achieve higher levels of customer satisfaction.Provide guidance and support to team members fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.Analyze project data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement making data-driven decisions to enhance project outcomes.Engage with clients to understand their needs and expectations delivering solutions that exceed their requirements.
Qualifications
Possess strong technical skills in Project Scope Management ensuring all project objectives are clearly defined and met.Demonstrate expertise in Project Budgeting effectively managing resources to achieve project goals within budget constraints.Have in-depth knowledge of Enterprise Architecture aligning IT strategy with business objectives to drive technological advancements.Experience in Life and Annuities Insurance is a plus providing valuable insights and expertise in this domain.Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills facilitating effective collaboration with stakeholders and team members.Show a proactive approach to problem-solving identifying and mitigating risks to ensure successful project outcomes.Display strong analytical skills using data and metrics to drive continuous improvement initiatives.Maintain a high level of attention to detail ensuring accuracy and completeness in all project documentation.Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.Possess a strong understanding of industry standards and regulatory requirements ensuring compliance in all project activities.Exhibit leadership qualities providing guidance and support to team members to foster a collaborative work environment.Show a commitment to delivering exceptional results exceeding client expectations and achieving high levels of customer satisfaction.Have a proactive approach to professional development staying current with industry trends and best practices.
