Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with 12 to 16 years of expertise in managing complex projects within the regulatory compliance manufacturing and supply chain domains. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in CSV tools Super CSV and CSV and will thrive in a hybrid work model with day shifts. This role does not require travel.


Responsibilities

  • Lead project planning sessions to ensure alignment with business objectives and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Oversee the execution of projects ensuring adherence to timelines and budget constraints.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to facilitate seamless integration of CSV tools Super CSV and CSV into project workflows.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions when necessary to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders ensuring clarity and understanding of project goals and outcomes.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks ensuring project objectives are met without compromising quality or compliance.
  • Optimize resource allocation to maximize efficiency and project success.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope objectives and deliverables.
  • Utilize technical expertise in CSV tools to streamline data management processes and enhance project efficiency.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess a strong technical background in CSV tools Super CSV and CSV with proven experience in their application.
  • Demonstrate expertise in regulatory compliance manufacturing and supply chain domains.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Show proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
  • Have a track record of successfully managing complex projects within budget and time constraints.
  • Display strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions.
  • Be adaptable to a hybrid work model and capable of managing day shift schedules.
