Job Summary

The Analyst role is pivotal in driving the success of our digital commerce initiatives. With a focus on DevOps peak management application support and platform support the candidate will ensure seamless operations and optimal performance. This position requires expertise in Advent Geneva and a commitment to excellence in a dynamic work environment.


Responsibilities

  • Lead efforts to optimize digital commerce operations ensuring seamless integration and functionality across platforms.
  • Oversee DevOps processes to enhance efficiency and reduce downtime contributing to improved service delivery.
  • Provide expert support for digital commerce applications addressing issues promptly to maintain high user satisfaction.
  • Manage peak periods effectively ensuring systems are robust and capable of handling increased demand.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital commerce strategies with business objectives.
  • Implement best practices in platform support ensuring stability and scalability of digital commerce solutions.
  • Analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous enhancement of digital services.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for digital commerce processes ensuring clarity and accessibility for stakeholders.
  • Facilitate training sessions for team members to enhance their understanding of digital commerce tools and techniques.
  • Coordinate with vendors and partners to ensure seamless integration of third-party solutions into our digital commerce ecosystem.
  • Monitor industry trends to keep digital commerce strategies aligned with emerging technologies and consumer expectations.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies in all digital commerce activities.
  • Drive innovation by proposing new ideas and solutions to enhance the digital commerce experience for users.

  • Qualifications

  • Possess strong technical skills in Digital Commerce DevOps ensuring efficient deployment and management of applications.
  • Demonstrate expertise in Digital Com Peak Management effectively handling high-demand periods with strategic planning.
  • Have solid experience in Digital Com App Support providing timely resolutions to application-related issues.
  • Show proficiency in Digital Com Platform Support maintaining system stability and performance.
  • Exhibit domain knowledge in Advent Geneva applying insights to optimize digital commerce operations.
  • Display excellent problem-solving skills addressing challenges with innovative solutions.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders fostering collaboration and understanding.
