As a Sr. Developer you will be responsible for designing and implementing high-quality software solutions using Spring Boot Microservices and Java. Develop and maintain scalable applications using Spring Boot and Microservices architecture to ensure robust performance and reliability.Collaborate with team members to design and implement software solutions that meet business requirements and enhance user experience.Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime and optimize system performance.Participate in agile development processes contributing to sprint planning daily stand-ups and retrospectives to drive project success.Implement automated testing frameworks to ensure software quality and reduce manual testing efforts.Optimize application performance by identifying bottlenecks and implementing efficient algorithms and data structures.Document software designs and technical specifications to facilitate knowledge sharing and future maintenance.Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve development practices and deliver cutting-edge solutions.Collaborate with DevOps teams to streamline deployment processes and ensure smooth integration of new features.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical insights to shape project direction.Ensure compliance with security standards and data protection regulations to safeguard sensitive information.
