Job Summary

As a Lead Developer you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing cutting-edge software solutions using Spring Boot Microservices and Java. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality applications that drive business success. With a focus on innovation and efficiency you will contribute to enhancing our software development processes and ensuring seamless integration across platforms.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain high-quality software applications using Spring Boot and Java to meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement microservices architecture for scalable solutions.
  • Ensure the integration of software components and third-party programs to enhance system functionality.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and issues to maintain optimal system performance.
  • Participate in the full software development lifecycle including requirements gathering design testing and deployment.
  • Implement data governance practices to ensure data integrity and compliance within software solutions.
  • Optimize application performance and scalability through effective use of microservices architecture.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation in software development.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance development processes and team productivity.
  • Ensure seamless integration of software solutions within the hybrid work model to support business operations effectively.

  • Qualifications

  • Possess strong expertise in Spring Boot Microservices and Java with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
  • Demonstrate experience in data governance practices enhancing data integrity and compliance.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex software issues.
  • Showcase effective communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Hold a Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field with relevant industry experience.
  • Have a minimum of 5 years and maximum of 9 years of experience in software development roles.
  • Display a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies and methodologies.
