Job Summary
As an Organizational Change Management (OCM) Senior (Sr.) Consultant you will work in a dynamic role to provide guidance support and deliver best practices across communications adoption training and sustainment (CATS) activities. Each day will look different however you will be responsible to prepare motivate and equip our clients and their employees to navigate the change which comes from new technologies and processes and inevitably the new business challenges thereafter.
Responsibilities
Lead OCM Engagements including providing guidance and direction to OCM specialists (at various levels) Lad and engage with executives senior leaders and client stakeholders on the OCM strategy and deliverables to enhance the adoption and value of the OCM engagement.
Ability to engage with the pre-sales and sales teams to identify OCM opportunities and value add for client engagements.
Ability to recognize client needs and pivot on delivering OCM value within the context in partnership with Client Principles and Engagement Managers Interpret and deliver on the OCM activities based on the engagements scope of work.
Assess client OCM capabilities define gaps between the scope of work and client needs and recommend changes in the delivery approach as necessary.
Create socialize govern and execute OCM plans in alignment with SNBG Methodology-in-Motion and the OCM CATS activities Communication Adoption Training and Sustainment.
Lead or support the following types of client-focused activities and deliverables.
Establish and lead a collaborative governance model for OCM within engagements.
Program envisioning sessions (including developing mission statements and/or elevator pitches).
Perform Change Discovery Impact Analysis Stakeholder Analysis Persona Identification and Adoption Metrics assessment activities.
Design and Document Change Strategies and Plans including Communications Adoption Training and Sustainment Plans. Design and develop change approaches for stakeholders and orchestrate change network and engagement plans.
Serve as a coach and advisor to the client at all levels of the account.
Draft Program/Project focused communications using various communication vehicles.
Develop strategies and design materials such as communication approaches change champion engagement executive messaging and adoption methods for all phases of project execution.
Support the development of training assets by developing a persona role matrix to include training needs analysis.
Develop Adoption Measurement Criteria and Metrics for capturing KPIs.
Provide ongoing OCM coaching and mentorship across the organization in collaboration with Sales Advisory and Delivery teams. Design Sustainment Approach including transition of OCM activities to clients.
Prepare and facilitate presentations for a variety of meetings including kickoff and other workshops.
Serve the OCM Practice as a thought leader in the creation and refinement of client engagement strategies and initiatives. Support and advise internal program and/or project leaders and teams based on insights and observations including the identification and documentation of any risks issues decisions and actions as appropriate.
Provide strategic and operational guidance at all levels regarding the approach and impact of the OCM-related deliverables and activities.
Certifications Required
MS Office including Visio & MS Project Knowledge of the ServiceNow platform Design and collaboration tools (Adobe Menti Miro) Measurement and analysis of Change-related KPIs SCORM Adobe Illustrat
