Director - Process Excellence for Employee Experience Services within Cognizant Intuitive Operations and Automation practice
Responsibilities
Lead initiatives to optimize business processes using advanced automation techniques to enhance operational efficiency.Oversee the implementation of business process monitoring systems to ensure continuous improvement and adherence to best practices.Provide expertise in Business Process Framework (BPF) to streamline workflows and improve productivity across departments.Develop comprehensive business process models that accurately reflect organizational goals and facilitate decision-making.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation.Analyze existing business processes to identify bottlenecks and recommend solutions for optimization.Implement decision optimization and simulation models to predict outcomes and guide strategic planning.Ensure alignment of business processes with the companys strategic objectives to maximize impact on society.Facilitate workshops and training sessions to educate stakeholders on process improvements and automation tools.Monitor the effectiveness of implemented processes and make adjustments as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.Drive the adoption of best practices in business process management to foster a culture of continuous improvement.Utilize data analytics to provide insights into process performance and support decision-making.Support the development of policies and procedures that promote efficient and effective business operations.
Qualifications
Extensive experience in automation and business process monitoring is required to lead transformative projects.Proficiency in Business Process Framework (BPF) is essential for developing streamlined workflows.Strong skills in business process modeling are necessary to create accurate representations of organizational processes.Experience in decision optimization and simulation work is highly desirable to enhance strategic planning capabilities.Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements.Expertise in data analytics is a nice to have skill for providing actionable insights into process performance.
Certifications Required
Certified Business Process Professional (CBPP) Automation Anywhere Certified Advanced Professional.
