Sr. Java Developer (Onsite)
We are seeking a Sr. Full Stack Engineer to design, develop, and maintain robust, high-performance software solutions. The ideal candidate will leverage their deep expertise in Java, Microservices architecture, Kafka, and Spring frameworks to build scalable and secure systems.

Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Engineer - Full Stack with 6-8 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, Java, Jenkins, DevOps, RabbitMQ, Kafka, Microservices, and AWS. Experience in the Cards & Payments domain is a plus.
Qualifications
-Develop and maintain high-quality full stack applications using Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, and Java.
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins to ensure smooth deployment processes.
- Utilize DevOps practices to enhance the development lifecycle and improve system reliability
. - Integrate and manage messaging systems like RabbitMQ and Kafka to ensure efficient data communication.
- Design and develop microservices architecture to enhance scalability and performance. - Leverage AWS services to deploy, manage, and scale applications in a cloud environment. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure continuous improvement.
- Contribute to the overall success of the project by delivering high-quality solutions that meet business requirements.
- Ensure that all developed solutions are aligned with the company’s goals and have a positive impact on society.
Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $68,422K– $115,500K depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
