Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Cloud Architect with 16 to 18 years of experience to join our team in a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will have expertise in MS Exchange Online Administration MS Exchange Admin M365 Messaging and Messaging Migration. This role involves designing and implementing messaging services specifically within the finance and accounting domain as well as devices/SPM. The position operates during the day shift and does not require travel.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of messaging services to enhance communication efficiency across the organization.
  • Oversee the migration of messaging systems to M365 ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Provide expert guidance on MS Exchange Online Administration to optimize system performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate messaging solutions with existing financial and accounting systems.
  • Develop strategies for effective MS Exchange Admin to maintain system security and reliability.
  • Implement best practices for M365 Messaging to support seamless user experiences.
  • Analyze current messaging infrastructure and recommend improvements to support business growth.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all messaging-related activities.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain high availability and reliability.
  • Drive innovation by exploring new technologies and methodologies in messaging services.
  • Facilitate training sessions for team members to enhance their skills in messaging technologies.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to align messaging solutions with business objectives.
  • Document all processes and configurations to ensure knowledge transfer and continuity.

  • Qualifications

  • Possess extensive experience in MS Exchange Online Administration and MS Exchange Admin.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in M365 Messaging and Messaging Migration.
  • Have a strong background in designing and implementing messaging services.
  • Exhibit domain expertise in finance and accounting as well as devices/SPM.
  • Showcase the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
  • Display excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Microsoft Certified: Messaging Administrator Associate
