Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Infra Architect with 10 to 14 years of expertise in CiscoCatalystCenter-Wired&WIFI Switching & Routing Cisco and Software Defined Networks. The role involves designing and implementing robust network solutions in a hybrid work model. The candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing network efficiency and reliability contributing to the companys technological advancement and societal impact.


Responsibilities

  • Design and implement advanced network solutions using CiscoCatalystCenter-Wired&WIFI to ensure seamless connectivity and performance.
  • Oversee the integration of Switching & Routing Cisco technologies to optimize network infrastructure.
  • Provide expert guidance on Software Defined Networks to enhance network flexibility and scalability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align network architecture with business objectives.
  • Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain high availability and reliability.
  • Develop and document network standards and best practices to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions to improve network capabilities.
  • Conduct network assessments and audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations to safeguard network security and integrity.
  • Lead network projects from conception to completion ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
  • Provide technical support and mentorship to junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on network projects and initiatives.
  • Contribute to the companys purpose by enhancing network infrastructure that supports societal connectivity and communication.


Qualifications

  • Possess extensive experience in CiscoCatalystCenter-Wired&WIFI demonstrating proficiency in managing complex network environments.
  • Have a strong background in Switching & Routing Cisco with a proven track record of optimizing network performance.
  • Be well-versed in Software Defined Networks showcasing the ability to implement flexible and scalable solutions.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot network issues efficiently.
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills capable of conveying technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Show a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest network technologies and trends.


Certifications Required

Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or equivalent certification in relevant technologies.
