Job Summary : Join our team as a Product Configurator in the ISG domain where you will leverage your expertise in XML Webservices Core Java and ANSI SQL to enhance our Property & Casualty Insurance solutions. With a hybrid work model you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and efficiency in our InsuranceNow platform ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction. 3. Responsibilities : Develop and maintain product configurations using XML and Webservices to support our Property & Casualty Insurance offerings. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that meet business requirements and enhance customer experience. - Utilize Core Java to build robust and scalable applications that integrate seamlessly with our existing systems. - Apply ANSI SQL skills to manage and manipulate data effectively ensuring data integrity and accuracy. - Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications for product enhancements. - Conduct thorough testing and debugging of configurations to ensure high-quality deliverables and minimize errors. - Provide technical support and troubleshooting for configuration-related issues ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact on operations. - Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our product offerings and maintain a competitive edge. - Document configuration processes and maintain comprehensive records for future reference and knowledge sharing. - Collaborate with the InsuranceNow team to optimize platform performance and enhance user experience. - Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all product configurations and implementations. - Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers to maintain code quality and consistency. - Engage in continuous learning and professional development to enhance technical skills and domain knowledge. Qualifications - - Possess strong technical skills in XML Webservices SOAP and RESTful Core Java and ANSI SQL. - Demonstrate experience in the Property & Casualty Insurance domain with a focus on InsuranceNow. - Exhibit excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail in configuration and implementation tasks. - Show proficiency in collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals. - Display effective communication skills to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. - Demonstrate a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies and industry 9.
