Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Financial Services Cloud Developer with 6 to 10 years of Salesforce platform experience to design, develop, and support scalable solutions for banking, wealth management, insurance, and financial services clients. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Salesforce FSC, Apex development, Lightning technologies, integrations, and platform best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop solutions on Salesforce Financial Services Cloud.
  • Customize FSC data model including Household, Financial Account, Financial Goal, Assets & Liabilities, and Relationship Groups.
  • Develop custom applications using Apex, Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • Configure and customize Salesforce using Flows, Validation Rules, Process Automation, and Security Models.
  • Integrate Salesforce with enterprise applications using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and Middleware platforms.
  • Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices.
  • Support deployment activities using CI/CD tools.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance.
  • Maintain technical documentation and design specifications.

Required Skills

Salesforce Expertise

  • 6+ years of Salesforce development experience.
  • 2+ years of hands-on Financial Services Cloud (FSC) experience.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
  • Knowledge of FSC-specific capabilities and industry data models.

Desired Domain Experience

Candidates with experience in any of the following will be preferred:

  • Banking
  • Financial Advisory Services
  • Insurance
