About the role

As a Business Analyst – Commercial Lending (ACBS), you will make an impact by gathering, analyzing, and translating business requirements into clear functional documentation and actionable specifications. You will be a valued member of the project team and work collaboratively with business stakeholders, technology teams, QA, and external vendors.

In this role, you will:

  • Collaborate with business users to elicit and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements

  • Analyze current-state processes and systems, with a focus on commercial lending and loan servicing

  • Translate business needs into clear specifications, process flows, and use cases

  • Understand and document ACBS data structures, screens, and loan accounting features

  • Support ACBS-related activities including system mapping, configuration validation, UAT support, and cross-functional coordination

What you must have to be considered

  • Experience gathering and documenting business, functional, and non-functional requirements

  • Strong understanding of commercial lending and loan servicing processes

  • Experience developing BRDs, FSDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria

  • Ability to facilitate requirement walkthroughs and collaborate with business and technology teams

  • Experience supporting UAT activities, including test case validation and defect triage

These will help you succeed

  • Experience with ACBS, including data structures, screens, and loan accounting features

  • Experience mapping legacy systems (e.g., AFS) to ACBS

  • Experience working across business, technology, QA, and external vendor teams
