Job Summary

Join our dynamic team as a Policy Servicing Executive where you will play a crucial role in managing and processing insurance policies. With a focus on Property & Casualty Insurance you will utilize your skills in MS Office to ensure efficient operations. This hybrid role offers night shifts providing flexibility and the opportunity to contribute to our companys success.


Responsibilities

  • Manage and process insurance policies with precision and attention to detail ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations.
  • Utilize MS Office tools to maintain accurate records and documentation supporting seamless policy servicing operations.
  • Collaborate with team members to address policy-related inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Analyze policy data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement contributing to the enhancement of service delivery.
  • Support the implementation of new policy servicing procedures ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
  • Assist in the development of training materials and resources for new team members fostering a culture of continuous learning.
  • Monitor policy servicing metrics to ensure targets are met and identify areas for optimization.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on policy servicing activities and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions on policy servicing strategies and improvements.
  • Ensure all policy servicing activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and ethical standards.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and developments in Property & Casualty Insurance to inform policy servicing practices.
  • Support the companys mission by delivering high-quality policy servicing that positively impacts clients and society. Qualifications
  • Demonstrate proficiency in MS Office applications including Word Excel and PowerPoint to support policy servicing tasks.
  • Possess a foundational understanding of Property & Casualty Insurance which is beneficial for effective policy management.
  • Exhibit strong analytical skills to interpret policy data and contribute to service improvement initiatives.
  • Display excellent communication skills to interact with team members and stakeholders effectively.
  • Show a commitment to continuous learning and professional development in the insurance domain.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work model.
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in all policy servicing activities.


Certifications Required

Microsoft Office Specialist Certification is recommended for proficiency in MS Office.
