Job Summary

As a Technology Architect you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing cutting-edge solutions that enhance our content marketing strategies and optimize customer journey analytics. You will leverage your expertise in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) to drive impactful results ensuring seamless integration and functionality across various systems. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams contributing to the companys growth and so


Responsibilities

  • Design and develop innovative technology solutions that align with content marketing objectives and enhance customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AEP Customer Journey Analytics and RTCDP into existing systems ensuring seamless functionality.
  • Provide technical expertise in Adobe Journey Optimizer to streamline processes and improve customer experience.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and insights that inform strategic decisions and optimize marketing efforts.
  • Implement best practices for data management and analytics to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Oversee the deployment of technology solutions ensuring they meet business requirements and deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Conduct regular assessments of system performance and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Support the development of technical documentation and training materials for end-users.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all technology implementations.
  • Drive innovation by staying updated on emerging technologies and integrating them into strategic plans.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance team knowledge and skills in AEP technologies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management ensuring alignment with company goals.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess a strong background in content marketing and customer journey analytics with proven experience in AEP technologies.
  • Demonstrate expertise in Adobe Journey Optimizer and RTCDP showcasing successful project implementations.
  • Have a good understanding of check processing domain skills enhancing the ability to integrate solutions effectively.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex data sets to drive strategic decisions.
  • Show proficiency in developing technical documentation and training materials for diverse audiences.
  • Display strong communication skills facilitating collaboration across teams and stakeholders.
  • Maintain a proactive approach to learning and integrating emerging technologies into business strategies.

    • Certifications Required

    Adobe Certified Expert in Adobe Experience Platform Adobe Journey Optimizer Certification.
