Responsibilities : - Lead the design and implementation of technology solutions that enhance content marketing strategies. - Oversee the integration of Adobe Experience Platform components such as RTCDP and Journey Optimiser to optimize customer journeys. - Provide technical guidance and support to ensure seamless deployment of AEP Customer Journey Analytics. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology solutions with business objectives and improve customer engagement. - Develop and maintain architectural frameworks that support scalable and efficient digital transformations. - Ensure the security and compliance of technology solutions in accordance with industry standards. - Analyze and interpret data to provide insights that drive strategic decision-making and improve marketing effectiveness. - Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance team knowledge and skills in Adobe Experience Platform. - Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented solutions to ensure they meet desired outcomes. - Innovate and propose new technologies and methodologies to continuously improve customer experience. - Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable technology solutions. - Support the hybrid work model by leveraging digital tools to enhance collaboration and productivity. - Contribute to the companys purpose by driving impactful digital transformations that benefit society. Qualifications - - Demonstrate expertise in Content Marketing and Adobe Experience Platform components such as RTCDP and Journey Optimiser. - Possess strong analytical skills to interpret data and provide actionable insights. - Have experience in International Payments and Check Processing as a domain skill is advantageous. - Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a hybrid work model. - Show proficiency in designing scalable and efficient architectural frameworks. - Maintain a strong understanding of industry standards for security and compliance. - Display a commitment to continuous learning and innovation in technology solutions. 9.
