We’re Hiring: Senior nCino Solution Architect

Are you passionate about transforming banking through innovative cloud solutions? We’re looking for a seasoned Senior nCino Architect to lead the design and delivery of scalable, end-to-end lending solutions on the Salesforce platform.

Job description:

1. 10–15 years banking technical experience with 5+ years on nCino.

2. Design and implement solutions following nCino & Salesforce best practices, ensuring alignment with gold‑standard architectural and functional guidelines.

3. Design scalable lending solutions across Commercial/Retail/Corporate banking.

4. Own fit–gap analysis, solution blueprinting, and architecture decisions.

5. Provide deep expertise in nCino modules (Loan Origination, Credit, Collateral, Covenants etc.).

6. Define integration architecture with core banking and third‑party systems.

7. Govern solution quality, security, performance, and regulatory compliance.

8. Act as trusted advisor to business, IT stakeholders, and delivery teams.

9. Mentor teams and support solutioning, estimations, and pre‑sales activities.

10. Translate complex banking and lending workflows into scalable nCino solutions.

11. Advise clients on industry best practices and regulatory considerations affecting lending platforms.

Certifications Preferred

· nCino Bank Operating System Certifications (e.g., nCino Platform/Commercial)

· Salesforce Architect or advanced Salesforce certifications

· TOGAF or equivalent architecture certification (optional)
