Job Summary

As a Technology Architect you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing cutting-edge solutions using Salesforce technologies. With a focus on SFDC Development and Customization you will ensure seamless integration and configuration to meet business needs. Your expertise will drive innovation in healthcare quoting for providers and payers enhancing regulatory compliance.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of Salesforce solutions tailored to meet specific business requirements.
  • Oversee the customization of SFDC platforms to optimize functionality and user experience.
  • Provide expertise in Omnistudio to streamline processes and enhance system capabilities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure SFDC Lightning implementations align with strategic goals.
  • Facilitate seamless SFDC Integration to ensure data consistency and accessibility across platforms.
  • Manage SFDC Configuration to maintain system integrity and support business operations.
  • Drive innovation in Health Quoting solutions for providers and payers ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Ensure solutions adhere to regulatory compliance minimizing risks and enhancing operational efficiency.
  • Develop strategies to leverage Salesforce technologies for improved business outcomes.
  • Mentor and guide team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for automation and optimization using Salesforce.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and timelines.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies to recommend enhancements to existing Salesforce solutions.


Qualifications

  • Possess extensive experience in SFDC Development and Customization demonstrating technical proficiency.
  • Have a strong understanding of Omnistudio and its application in business solutions.
  • Demonstrate expertise in Health Quoting for providers and payers ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
  • Show proficiency in SFDC Lightning enabling effective implementation and user adoption.
  • Exhibit skills in SFDC Integration ensuring seamless data flow across systems.
  • Have experience in SFDC Configuration maintaining system stability and performance.
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance in relevant domains is a plus enhancing solution integrity.
