Job Summary
The Functional Architect (ISG) will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing Labware LIMS configurations to enhance operational efficiency. With a hybrid work model and day shifts the candidate will leverage their extensive experience to drive innovation and streamline processes. This position does not require travel allowing focus on impactful solutions within the organization.
Responsibilities
Design and implement Labware LIMS configurations to optimize laboratory workflows and data management processes.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of LIMS with existing systems and processes.Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for LIMS solutions.Provide expert guidance and support to stakeholders on LIMS functionalities and best practices.Develop and maintain documentation for LIMS configurations and processes to ensure clarity and consistency.Conduct regular assessments of LIMS performance and identify areas for improvement to enhance system efficiency.Oversee the testing and validation of LIMS configurations to ensure accuracy and reliability.Facilitate training sessions for end-users to maximize the utilization of LIMS functionalities.Monitor industry trends and advancements in LIMS technology to incorporate innovative solutions.Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and guidelines in all LIMS-related activities.Collaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to LIMS.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness of LIMS solutions.Provide strategic insights to management on optimizing laboratory operations through LIMS enhancements.
Qualifications
Possess extensive experience in Labware LIMS configuration demonstrating a deep understanding of its functionalities.Have a strong background in laboratory information management systems and their application in various industries.Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills to address complex technical challenges in LIMS configurations.Demonstrate proficiency in translating business requirements into effective technical solutions.Show capability in leading cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.Display strong communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Maintain a proactive approach to staying updated with industry trends and technological advancements.
