About the Role
We are looking for an Generative AI Manager to own the end‑to‑end architecture of enterprise GenAI solutions. This role is responsible for defining scalable, secure, and cost‑efficient architectures, bridging business requirements with technical execution across multiple squads.
This is a senior technical leadership role, with strong ownership over design decisions and close collaboration with delivery, security, and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Define end‑to‑end architectures for Generative AI solutions (LLMs, RAG, agents, copilots).
- Design secure, scalable, and cost‑aware architectures on Azure and/or AWS.
- Own architectural decisions across data ingestion, embeddings, vector stores, orchestration, and integration.
- Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and governance standards (PII, RBAC, IAM).
- Guide engineering teams on architectural best practices and patterns.
- Act as the technical reference for stakeholders and clients.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
- Strong experience designing enterprise‑grade AI / GenAI architectures.
- Deep understanding of LLMs, RAG patterns, and agentic systems.
- Strong cloud architecture experience (Azure and/or AWS).
- Solid Python and API‑based system design knowledge.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Nice to Have
- Experience in consulting or multi‑client environments.
- Knowledge of cost optimization and LLM usage governance.
- Cloud or AI architecture certifications.
