About the role
As a Business Analyst, you will help to support modernization of insurance systems: Help transition from legacy Policy Administration Systems (PAS) to a modern, web-based architecture, ensuring smoother operations and better user experience and work on improving efficiency across the insurance value chain — agency administration, underwriting, policy servicing, claims, agents, bancassurance, and partner interactions.
We believe hybrid work is the way forward as we strive to provide fexibility wherever possible. Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 2 to 4 days a week in a client or Cognizant office. Regardless of your working arrangement, we are here to support a healthy work-life balance though our various wellbeing programs.
What you must have to be considered
- Solid experience in General Insurance (Motor,Travel and Home preferred) and familiarity with life/takaful insurance processes.
- Hands-on exposure to legacy PAS systems and modern web-based architectures.
- Ability to support decoupling business logic from legacy platforms during modernization projects.
